Their Winter Wonderland Spectacular – It’s SNOWTIME folks!
For almost three decades the Center for Theater Arts has been offering quality performing arts education and we continue to hear from the Center for Theater Arts Alumni who have gone on to perform in the Broadway productions of Billy Elliot, Phantom of the Opera, Hairspray, Music Man, The Little Mermaid, Saturday Night Fever, Footloose, Side Show, Smokey Joes Café, Grease, Five Guys Named Moe, Miss Saigon, as well as the National and International Tours of Lion King, Drowsy Chaperone, Spamalot, Cinderella, Phantom of the Opera, A Chorus Line, Me and My Girl, and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
Our high school students have gone on to continue their studies at Carnegie Mellon University, NYU, Point Park University, Cincinnati Conservatory, Julliard, North Western, Penn State University, Fordham University and North Carolina School of the Arts.

ACTING BLAZES THE WAY AT THE CENTER FOR THEATER ARTS
Our acting classes are on fire at the CTA with enrollment leading the way in our theater division.
Offering quality performing arts instruction is something we are proud of, and the Instructors in the theater studios are taking the instruction to a whole new level. We are very proud of the record number of students that are coming out to take the stage. With the addition of our “Theater Company” classes and the very popular “ACTing PLAYground” our young actors continue to be challenged and encouraged to explore and create on a level that is incredibly contagious. It seems as though you will catch the acting bug at the CTA – “Acting out” has never been more fun!
